Description
Samuel Goldring's postcards always sailed pretty close to the wind, and are sometimes found stamped "Not To Be Sent Through the Mails". Somebody named Oscar DID mail this one in 1938, but Andrew, who received it, apparently pasted it in a scrapbook, so there are missing patches where it was ripped out again later. This doesn't affect the original cartoon on this side, though
