Description

Beeline Cameo Collection (4 Vintage Adult Paperbacks)

NY: Carlyle Communications, 1975-76, 79. Kable News (dist.), catalog lists present. Color photo covers. Four vintage paperbacks, adult erotic novels. Very Good Plus overall, light rubbing and toning, foxing, tiny creases, and notes below. All are scarce titles.

From the estate of Andrew J. Offutt, author of science-fiction, fantasy, and erotica. He's credited with "Stantoons" and "Blunder Broad" fetish illustration digests, and he was an avid science fiction author noted for "Conan"-themed fantasies, debuted as a published writer in 1951, and wrote 100s of erotic novels pseudonymously as John Cleve, Turk Winter, John Denis, Jeff Morehead, Opal Andrews, and others. His "Spaceways" series is perhaps the ultimate epic of science fiction and erotica.

Sweet Nookie - Stan Mitchell; Bee Line [Books] Carlyle Collection CC-3033-R, 1975; college swim team, cheerleaders. Light corner bump. Presumably publisher switched from "Carlyle Collection" to "Cameo Collection" shortly after this issue.

The Wife Tasters - Rod Strong; Bee Line [Books] Cameo Collection CC-3035-R , 1975; small-town Short Island village stud, nymphomania, swap.

Silky - Angelo Mulesko (Joe Oglesby); Bee Line [Books] Cameo Collection CC-3102-R / ISBN 050303102x, 1976; die-cut front cover w/ photo endpaper; model agency owner, orgies. Moderate foxing. Inscribed to "The Cleves" by the author.

Knocking on Passion's Door - Angelo Mulesko (Joe Oglesby); Bee Line [Books] Cameo Collection CC-3218-R / ISBN 0503032182, 1979; topless brunette in yellow overalls in black circular vignette on marbled front cover; mystery writer, witchcraft. Moderate foxing. Inscribed to "Andy" and dated 4/29/79, with Oglesby alluding to the meaning of his pen name, "means Death Angel in Hungarian," and refers to the first time he used the name, on a "gypsy novel - a weirdo - called 'Silky.'" For mature, consenting audiences. [Book ID 127122]
