W.E. Hook produced large numbers of these 5 x 8 scenic views of Colorado and Mexico, but though he was good about listing his address and an ad for other pictures on the backs of these, he didn't put a lot of work into identifying the subjects of his pictures.  This looks as if it had a caption along the bottom at some point, but this must have been removed in the darkroom later on.  I can't find a reference to this upthrust fist formation anywhere on the Interwebs; maybe you can tell me
