This is an 8x10 black and white Playboy Promo Photo. 

This was printed on a heavy white stock paper.

She signed this using a black ballpoint pen

She wrote: " To Henry,  Best Wishes Always  Valerie Lane   Miss October '73'  " 

A previous owner had this professionally mounted onto a foam-board backing.  

This item is in fine condition - very slight yellowing around the perimeter due to its being almost 50 years old!

This comes with a COA from O'Neill's
