Communication:
We are located in the Eastern Time Zone - We are normally at the warehouse from 9 am - 5 pm EST but check emails from 9 am - 9 pm EST / 8 am - 8 pm CST / 7 pm - 7 pm MST / 6 am - 6 pm PCT. Hope this is helpful information when trying to communicate or when sending offers. *Please remember to keep all customer communication thru the ASO site.
Offers:
All offers are considered so if you do not want to wait for an auction to end or you want to try and purchase multiple items so they can ship together, send us an offer/offers. The worst that can happen is you have to bid in the auction.
Shipping:
If you are bidding on multiple auctions that will end within a 3 consecutive day time frame (example: from Friday – Sunday) let us know if you want us to combine shipping. We will adjust the shipping costs before we send you an invoice for payment.
Invoices:
An email will be sent to you once an auction is won to see if you have any other bids out. If not, an invoice will be sent to you shortly after hearing back from you.
VERY IMPORTANT: If you have any problems sending payment let us know right away to see if we can help. If you do not let us know, how can we help?
Payments:
Please make payment within wit in 3 business days of receiving an invoice. If not paid for by the 4 business day, ASO will be notified to help assist.
