Foreign shipping is $6.00 without stiff backing sent as a large envelope letter for $6.00 or with stiff backing for $16.25 its best to buy several prints at a time to save on postage costs if you are overseas.  This was a cover shoot and layout for Puritan Magazine, which was published out of Pennsylvania of all places, not the center of the adult industry. They did carve a name for them selves with a high quality sex magazine using the prettiest model of that time the 80's. I shot for them maybe three or 4 layouts and they paid better than Penthouse did for a layout at that time. The Magazines are highly collectible now and rare. I doubt that press runs were above 10,000 issues and it was sold only in adult book stores and under the counter at newsstands in which the local vice squads always paid them visits. It was openly sold in big cities like NYC and LA Hollywood area. I used to see it all the time at the news stand on the corner of Van Nuys Blvd. and Ventura Blvd, which was two blocks from World Modeling which supplied for than 90 percent of the models that appeared in that magazine.
