The Adult Party Humor series was published by Pocket Book of Canada in the 1970s, and is hard to find because so many kids had their copies confiscated and so many adults threw them away lest anyone find them in the bedroom closet.  Alex R., the name given to the editor, has his own style of writing gags, and the cartoonist, Forjak keeps up with him.  This book has seen some use: the covers are exceedingly browned (inside) by the years, and some previous aspiring comedian has gone through and circled the really good jokes, adding a circled "V.G." for the ones he especially approved; ther book is certainly still solid and useful as a reference, including special sections on psychaitrists, birth control, nymphomaniacs, circumcision,and so forth
