This is a vintage late 1960's men's magazine featuring pin-up photos of women wearing heels and stockings & foot fetish.

The magazine is published by Press Arts 1968, a division of Parliament, best known for Elmer Batters photography.

The condition is very good condition. The pages have light oxidation and discoloration which is minimal. the spine is like new.

Originally listed on eBay so my images are not very detailed or explicit.  I had almost every Parliament from this time period approximately 2 years ago.  Ebay has completely black listed me from listing in the collectables category so I can't list there anymore but I have a few more magazines I am listing here.
