In a land called Las Vegas, ladies of the evening apparently have twinklies implanted in their pretties: this is why I call them the Starnipple Girls. Their employers called them Vegassescorts, and other jaunty names. To judge by technology (no area code) and prices ($99 for a two-girl special?), this dates from the early double-zero years
