When I first started to collect adult mags, I used to go to this book store that had used adult mags in the back in a separate room . I went to the back room and saw this guy going thru issues real rapidly. I asked "What mags are you looking for?" He said "First year issues only, I only collect mags if they are the first 12 issues".  I guess he was looking at the investment side of it hoping they would fetch higher prices down the road. I did grab early published issues when I had the chance also. But, if I found a magazine I liked like Gent, Leg Show, Score or Swank, I grabbed it no matter what year is was if I didn't have that issue. I was basically a set collector. If I had every month of 1989 Leg Show except one month, it drove me crazy that I was missing that one issue. So, whenever I see a premier issue I think of that fellow and his obsession to find first year issues. I wonder where he is today and how many premier issues he found.

      When I collected mags I had no way of knowing which girls were in an issue when buying at adult book stores as they were sealed. You won't have that problem. I will list the names of the models. In many cases, the index shows all girls in the magazine. But, many magazines use different names for models unless it's someone famous. So, I will try to use her well known name. And, add a photo for most models. In addition, I listed below how many pages each featured model gets. Also, I note who is the center spread model. In many cases the center spread model gets the most pages and adds value to the magazine if she is someone in high demand. If some photos show odd line patterns, that is fault of camera reacting to dot pattern of magazine. Magazine doesn't have those lines.

If you were wondering about the name "Fashion1st" I traded and collected VHS and DVD recordings of supermodel appearances on TV like daytime and late night talk shows. Also recordings of Fashion File, Video Fashion and Style with Elsa Klensch shows on CNN.

Payment is due 7 days from auction close. If you win an auction and are bidding on multiple future items of mine spread out over a few days, don't send any payment until you are finished bidding on all items. You can send me a message "send invoice for all items" when done. Then, I will send invoice for multiple wins with the lower combined shipping price.

If you receive an item that you feel wasn't described accurately, but you want to keep it, contact me and I'll see about offering a partial refund of the final winning bid price.
