Description: This auction is for two vintage gay travel magazines from the 1970s called “Ciao!” Even though the magazines focus on world travel for gay men, they each contain lots of photographs of naked men! The magazines were published by QQ Publishing Company of New York. One issue is from May/June 1973 and the other issue is from January/February 1974.
The full-size magazines are approximately 8.5” x 11”. They each contain 56 pages including both covers. The front and back covers and centerfold are in color; the rest of the pages are in black and white. The magazines contain a lot of travel information for gay men (see last photo) however, each magazine also contains 16-17 pages with photos of handsome naked men. And that’s probably why most guys bought the magazines in the 1970s!
Condition: These magazines are in very good condition, with normal wear from use.
