This whole picture is kind of fishy: is it just an artist filling the space with extra detail or is there a subtext?  Maybe it's just my brain that connects those fish that are "Almost Fresh" with the young lady who has to hold her skirt down ina breeze affecting nobody else?  And why is the dog laughing?  The unidentified stains in the upper right corner don't help matters.  A postcard of the 1930s or thereabouts, never mailed or messaged
