Cherrie Knight (2 original photographs, 1950s)
Various cities: Various Publishers, 1950s. Two original B/W photographs of buxom burlesque dancer & pinup, Cherrie Knight, likely distributed by a mail-order company similar to those run by the Klaw siblings, notably Marno (or Marr), photographer/publisher of camera club digest publications. Cherrie was one a buxom feature on the burlesque circuit, like Tempest Storm, both were fierce redheads. Cherrie's brief burlesque career allowed for later work in sexploitation films like "Teaserama" & Russ Meyer's "Erotica." Her image faded commercially after the 1960s, but her striking features still amaze. Image of Cherrie topless seen in "proto-porn" Delmar Publishing digest, "Cherrie Knight."
Both photos 4 x 5 inches with borders, blank versos. Near Fine.
